Small Team, Big Impact: Celebrating the Courage of hundreds of Journeys!

Every time a Journee Agency client leaves us a review, I read it twice. Once for what they say, and once for everything they don't.

Because behind every five-star story is something much bigger than a smooth settlement or a well-organised home set-up. It's a family who packed up a life they knew, and chose to build a new one somewhere unfamiliar. It's someone who said yes to a partner's job offer despite the knot in their stomach. It's parents who looked at their kids and thought, is this the right thing to do? — and did it anyway.

That's what I love most when I read our reviews. Not the praise itself, but what it represents: 156 people (and counting, as of today!) who have shared their story and the risks involved — in their lives, their relationships, their careers, their dreams — and came out the other side glad they did.

Relocating is rarely just logistics. There's real anxiety in the unknowns: the new suburb, the new school, the new job, the new normal. Nobody arrives in Perth without a little uncertainty in their heart. What our clients' stories tell us, again and again, is that they moved through that uncertainty anyway and found a home, and often a life, better than the one they imagined.

And we get to be a part of that. And if there's one thing that comes up over and over in our reviews, it's how often clients mention, thank, and are genuinely touched by the whole team behind their move — Krista, Hazel, Michelle and Melissa. That's not luck. That's not chance. That's what happens when a company culture is kind, respectful, genuine, and practiced consistently, in the small daily moments most people never see.

We are Perth's highest-rated relocation agency, and we're proud of that. But what we're prouder of is being small enough to stay agile and bespoke, and to actually notice the person behind every move — while creating impact that lasts well beyond moving day.
